OBJECTIVES:
• Plan, implement and deploy fulfill request on internal applications & related applications to best support business requirements;
• Analyze and fix issue on internal applications and related applications to ensure that it works stable;
• Training for specialists in the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily Operations Support:
o Monitor and maintain company systems and applications to ensure stable operation.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during operations.
o Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and regulations.
2. Incident and Request Management:
o Receive, categorize, and handle support requests from internal users.
o Manage and track the incident resolution process from detection to resolution.
o Collaborate with relevant departments to quickly address issues.
3. Process Improvement:
o Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.
o Participate in the company’s continuous improvement projects.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare periodic reports on the status of systems and applications.
o Update and maintain user guides and operational documentation.
5. User Training and Support:
o Guide and train internal users on how to use company systems and applications.
o Assist users in resolving system and application-related issues.
