* JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, maintain, and control documents related to the DCC management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, work instructions, and records are current and properly stored
- Monitor document revision and approval processes
- Support departments in creating or updating SOPs and work instructions
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits (third-party, customer, certification bodies)
- Assist in creating audit plans and schedules
- Support audit teams with documentation and follow-up actions
- Track nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure closure
- Monitor compliance with company policies and standards
- Collect and compile quality system performance data (e.g., KPIs, audit results, nonconformities)
- Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review meetings
- Participate in risk assessments and improvement planning.
