Mô tả công việc

Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Developing and running detailed financial models for companies in different sectors,
  • Involving in corporate exercises including fundraising, investments, mergers and acquisitions and strategy valuation,
  • Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities,
  • Preparation of investment models, investment proposal and assessment of risks,
  • Transaction structuring: work closely with investment funds, companies, investee companies to identify and execute appropriate transaction structures,
  • Managing, monitoring investments to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions, adding values to the investee companies.
