Mô tả công việc

  • Manage daily accounting entries and reconciliation for inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of inventory accounts, including book-to-physical, book-to-book, and book-to-invoice checks.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory-related financial and management reports.
  • Participate in semi-annual stock counts, compile inventory count reports.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist in inventory cost allocation and ensure accurate and compliant cost accounting.
  • Attend PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) meetings with the Planning and Logistics teams to review purchasing plans and slow-moving inventory clearance plan, and provide financial insights and support.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.
