Mô tả công việc

  1. Manage daily accounting entries and reconciliation for inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Perform regular reconciliation of inventory accounts, including book-to-physical, book-to-book, and book-to-invoice checks.
  3. Prepare and analyze inventory-related financial and management reports.
  4. Participate in semi-annual stock counts, compile inventory count reports.
  5. Monitor inventory turnover, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and propose corrective actions.
  6. Assist in inventory cost allocation and ensure accurate and compliant cost accounting.
  7. Attend PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) meetings with the Planning and Logistics teams to review purchasing plans and slow-moving inventory clearance plan, and provide financial insights and support.
  8. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.

Yêu cầu công việc

  1. Fluent in English or Chinese
  2. Associate degree or above in inventory Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or related product sales companies.
  4. Solid understanding of inventory accounting principles and processes.
  5. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.
  6. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and communication skills; a team player
