Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive with 1 – 3 years of experience in the rice export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global market presence, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute international sales strategies for rice products.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients and distributors in target markets.
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers.
• Coordinate with logistics and shipment teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related field.
• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in international sales, specifically in rice export.
• Strong understanding of global rice markets and trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Experience working with clients in Europe, Asia, USA, Canada, or the Middle East.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team environment.
