Job Description
• Manage and take care of customers.
• Receive customer lists from the Marketing Department.
• Prepare Quotations, Invoices, Packing Lists, and other shipping documents.
• Monitor production and shipment schedules, coordinate with relevant departments to execute customer orders.
• Select forwarding services and work with Forwarders to process export declarations.
• Draft contracts, directly implement and follow up on international trade contracts.
• Handle customer orders and requests, negotiate contract terms, and finalize deals.
Job Requirements
• Training will be provided.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience in export sales in FMCG is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility, while being a good team player.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, and willing to commit long-term with the company.
