International Business Development Manager (Fashion)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

International Business Strategy & Planning

• Conduct market research, analyze international fashion trends, and assess competitors.
• Develop sales and market share growth plans by region/country.

Partner Development & Relationship Management

• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and international e-commerce platforms.
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of distribution channels and key customer relationships (Key Accounts).

International Sales Team Management

• Build and develop the international sales team (recruitment, training, and capability development).
• Set targets, monitor performance, and implement improvement initiatives.

Export Operations & Process Management

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth international business operations.
• Oversee order fulfillment, documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.

International Brand Development

• Work closely with the Marketing team to execute international branding and communication campaigns.
• Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote the Routine brand.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
• Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrator, Ecomonic or related major

- 7–10 years of international business development, experience in fashion or baby brands is a plus.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Can do attitude and results oriented

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
