- Advise and propose plans/solutions for implementing the Group’s Internal Communication Activities:
- Develop and propose content plans and formats for high-quality, effective, and creative internal communication.
- Organize, execute, and monitor the implementation of communication plans to ensure program objectives, effectiveness, and quality are achieved.
- Recommend and manage appropriate channels/platforms and communication methods that are effective and innovative.
- Implement measurement and evaluation activities to assess the effectiveness of internal communication and propose improvement solutions.
- Foster employee engagement and contribute to buildi a Sustainable Corporate Culture:
- Advise and propose inspiring activities that enhance the effectiveness of internal communication.
- Motivate and inspire employees through engaging programs, activities, clubs, and internal communication initiatives.
- Organize, operate, and manage clubs that promote internal communication and strengthen employee engagement.
- Coordinate effectively and strengthen the role as a key member in supporting Internal Communication Across Divisions/BUs and Functional Units:
- Advise and guide coordination and implementation of deep and broad internal communication across Divisions/Functions/Subsidiaries.
- Collaborate and connect effectively with focal points in Divisions/Functions/BUs to facilitate smooth internal communication implementation.
- Develop and adjust policies, processes, and regulations related to the implementation and coordination of internal communication to ensure accurate, sufficient, and effective messaging.
