Job Description:
· Prepare and verify documents: contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration, C/O, inspection, quarantine certificates, etc.
· Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely customs clearance.
· Monitor shipment schedules and handle issues arising during the import export process.
· Prepare documents for international payments: L/C, T/T, D/P… and coordinate with banks/accounting/purchasing department.
. Properly file and manage documents for internal audits or Customs inspections.
Requirements:
· Degree in Import-Export, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related fields.
· At least 02 year of experience in import documentation.
· Good knowledge of import procedures, Incoterms, customs regulations, FTA and international payments.
· Good English reading and writing skills.
· Proficient in MS Office; experience with customs declaration software (VNACCS, ECUS).
. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
