Mô tả công việc

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions
  • Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes
  • Build a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing and outreach campaigns
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Employee Benefits Improvement:

  • Evaluate and improve employee benefits programs (health insurance, wellness, PTO, etc.)
  • Benchmark benefits against industry standards to remain competitive in the market
  • Gather employee feedback to identify areas for benefits enhancement
  • Negotiate with vendors and providers to secure optimal plans and rates
  • Communicate benefits programs clearly to all employees and support utilization

Training & Development:

  • Assess training needs across departments and develop learning programs accordingly
  • Design and implement onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
  • Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and leadership development
  • Track training outcomes and adjust programs for effectiveness
  • Encourage a learning culture that supports employee growth and performance

Company Culture & Employee Engagement:

  • Promote and reinforce the company's mission, values, and culture across the organization
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies
  • Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback tools, and drive improvements
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and advocate for a positive work environment

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment, benefits, training, and culture
  • Proven experience designing and implementing employee development and engagement programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred
