1. Human Resources Department Management
Develop the school’s HR strategy, workforce planning, and overall HR master plan.
Design the organizational model, propose arrangements, and structure the school’s entire HR framework.
Build the HR management system based on BSC, KPI, and competency frameworks.
2. Planning and Operations
Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the school’s core values, standards, and code of conduct.
Responsible for developing recruitment and training plans, as well as the school-wide HR budget.
Coordinate and ensure the effective execution of approved plans.
3. Organizational Structure and Model Management
Develop an appropriate and effective organizational structure for the school.
Responsible for the structure of the HR Department.
Advise and support departments in developing, strengthening, and restructuring organizational models.
Standardize departmental functions, position frameworks, and job descriptions.
4. Human Resources Management
Lead and oversee the development of HR policies for the school (including recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, attendance and payroll, performance evaluation, compensation, promotion, appointment, replacement, and termination).
Implement HR policies across departments and monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
Develop career development programs and career paths for staff and teachers.
Plan and train the department’s succession pipeline.
Recruit and allocate staff (assignment, transfer, relocation, promotion, appointment, dismissal, termination).
Consolidate, analyze, manage, and evaluate staff performance in the HR Department; provide consultation and support for performance evaluation across departments.
5. Other Tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by CEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in senior HR management.
Preference given to candidates with experience working in an educational environment.
HR or general management certifications are an advantage.
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and modern HR trends.
Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-changing environment.
Competency in applying technology and AI in HR management.
English proficiency at B2 level or strong ability to read and comprehend professional materials.
