Talent Management: Lead key talent initiatives, including talent acquisition, training and development, and succession planning to support employee growth and retention.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations: Champion a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment; lead employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations with fairness and transparency.
Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, act as a trusted advisor to department leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and team development.
Total Rewards & Performance: Direct performance management cycles, including performance reviews, and payroll operations, ensuring full compliance with Vietnam Labor Laws and HR policies.
Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with 2-3 years in a team lead or management role.
Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder influencing skills at a management level.
Proactive, creative, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
