Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Executive (Logistics, ID17914, 800USD):

• Research and develop competency frameworks and competency dictionaries for each position.
• Research, design, and implement internal HR-related policies and procedures.
• Review, propose, and standardize a streamlined organizational structure aligned with the company's development strategy.
• Participate in the development and standardization of corporate culture to be integrated into the operating system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect information and feedback, and adjust the competency framework accordingly.
• Develop evaluation forms, support tools, and usage guidelines.
• Communicate and guide employees and managers on performance evaluation processes and methods.
• Support the implementation of other HR projects as assigned by management.
