Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Human Resource Executive (Logistics, ID17914, 800USD):
- Research and develop competency frameworks and competency dictionaries for each position.
- Research, design, and implement internal HR-related policies and procedures.
- Review, propose, and standardize a streamlined organizational structure aligned with the company's development strategy.
- Participate in the development and standardization of corporate culture to be integrated into the operating system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect information and feedback, and adjust the competency framework accordingly.
- Develop evaluation forms, support tools, and usage guidelines.
- Communicate and guide employees and managers on performance evaluation processes and methods.
- Support the implementation of other HR projects as assigned by management.
