Primary Objective:
- Partner with line management on HR, business needs and special projects
- Handle generalist responsibilities including recruitment, training, C&B and performance management
- Provide the foundational support and functional expertise that drives proactivity and results across related business units

Roles and responsibilities:
- Work with Department Heads and Line Managers to develop people strategy for related business units (BUs) to enable them to deliver its business objectives
- Implement the above people strategy including recruitment, training and development, C&B and succession planning
- Work with relevant HR functional teams in other processes namely performance management, compensation review, employer branding, talent management, employee engagement, etc
- Provide input for HR Specialist teams in policy development process and proactively propose policy/process specific for related BUs if necessary
- Advise managers and employees of related BUs in people related matters
- Analyze HR key metrics (turnover, exit interviews, days to fill positions, cost per hire) and utilize data for process improvements
