Mô tả công việc

Primary Objective:

  • Partner with line management on HR, business needs and special projects
  • Handle generalist responsibilities including recruitment, training, C&B and performance management
  • Provide the foundational support and functional expertise that drives proactivity and results across related business units

Key Activities:

3. General Department Management

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Work with Department Heads and Line Managers to develop people strategy for related business units (BUs) to enable them to deliver its business objectives
  • Implement the above people strategy including recruitment, training and development, C&B and succession planning
  • Work with relevant HR functional teams in other processes namely performance management, compensation review, employer branding, talent management, employee engagement, etc
  • Provide input for HR Specialist teams in policy development process and proactively propose policy/process specific for related BUs if necessary
  • Advise managers and employees of related BUs in people related matters
  • Analyze HR key metrics (turnover, exit interviews, days to fill positions, cost per hire) and utilize data for process improvements
