Support full-cycle recruitment efforts through diverse sourcing platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and collaborate in the candidate evaluation process.
Maintain and monitor employee attendance records and related HR policies.
Assist in designing and implementing performance assessment systems (KPIs) for teams and individuals.
Handle payroll, compensation, and employee benefits administration.
0–2 years of experience in Human Resources within Vietnam (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
Understanding of talent acquisition, C&B processes, and performance evaluation.
Proficiency in Chinese communication (speaking required).
Vietnamese candidates who have studied in China are highly preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management tools.
Knowledge of Vietnam’s labor regulations
Transportation allowance provided.
