We are looking for an HR Officer with 1 year contract. The job holder will have chances to:
Recruitment:
- Involve in the whole recruitment process for local staffs, from working on the job description to on boarding.
- Give advice to managers during the recruitment process to ensure the best fit.
- Support on utilization of the social media recruitment channels to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidates
- Support on coordination and implementation university recruiting initiatives
- Control candidate’s database
- Whole package of preparation for new joiners: job offer to candidates, instructions for new joiners, collecting of candidate required profiles
- Ensure required weekly, monthly reports: recruitment status, cost etc.
