Your Roles:

1. Talent Development (80%):

· Plan and hire the right people who fit our culture and goals.

· Guide, support and encourage people on their learning and growth journeys.

· Launch organizational development interventions that inspire high-performance team.

2. Culture Management (20%):

· Support to implement joyful, impactful culture innitiatives that bring our core values & culture standards to real work and life.

· Help everyone live and breathe our unique culture for their best version and Dale’s best version.

·       Skillful at Microsoft Office, Canva and other supporting apps

·       Have at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition(or inspiring stories to make up for it!).
