Job requirement

*Job Summary:

Responsible for executing day-to-day HR operations across C&B, contracts & documentation, employee data, tax & insurance, compliance, and employee support. Ensures HR tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Prepare and update salary review data & forecasts.
  • Coordinate with teams on salary changes and approvals.
  • Track Over Time (OT), calculate worker salary, and upload payroll data.

2. Contracts & Documentation

  • Draft and manage labor contracts, annexes, service agreements.
  • Collect signatures and maintain both digital and physical records.
  • Issue employment certificates and manage HR filing system.

3. Offboarding

  • Prepare and send exit documents; track confirmations.
  • Handle email and file clean-up for departing staff.

4. Employee Data & Time Tracking

  • Update employee records in HR database.
  • Record and summarize OT and leave reports.
  • Verify OT data with appropriate approvals.

5. PIT & Insurance (SHUI)

  • Register and update personal income tax (PIT) codes and dependents.
  • Handle all social, health, and unemployment insurance tasks (additions, terminations, adjustments).
  • Process benefits (e.g., sickness, maternity, accident claims).
  • Declare annual SI contribution status to relevant authorities.

6. Compliance & Expat Admin

  • Support internal/external audits.
  • Manage expat documents (work permits, visas, TRCs) on time.

7. Employee Services

  • Coordinate annual health checks and company trips.
  • Distribute phone cards, funeral gifts, public holiday notices.
  • Support employees with insurance and welfare issues.

Job requirement

* Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in HR operations, C&B, or generalist roles
  • Can communicate in English an advantage
  • Good knowledge of labor law, PIT & Social Insurance procedures
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR tools (e.g., SharePoint)
