Job requirement

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process for all positions across the company, from job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews to onboarding.
  • Organize and follow up on onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Support Employer Branding activities in collaboration with the team member in charge.

Compensation & Benefits (30%)

  • Handle the entire payroll process including salary calculation, Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), and relevant C&B initiatives
  • Manage employee benefits, both statutory and company-provided.
  • Maintain and update employee data including labor contracts, HR information systems, personnel files, and leave records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required.

Support other HR tasks and team activities as assigned by the HR Manager.

Job requirement

  • University degree or a comparable level in a relevant discipline
  • From 2 years of experience with proven track record of Recruitment and C&B
  • Good understanding of labor law and HR-related regulations
  • Being able to manage several tasks timely, good time management
  • Can-do attitude, integrity, fast-learning ability, result-orientation, high commitment and responsibility
  • Ability of working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Proficient in English language
