HR Process & Policy:
· Coordinate HR processes (contract renewal, training, personnel change, exit process…)
· Provide guidance of HR process and policies to relevant staff-levels
· Assist in SOP and policy development as assigned
Employee Relations:
· Handle routine employee relation matter with the area assigned
Performance Management (PM) Training & Development:
· Assist in provide guidance to employees and coordination of annual PM and training process
· Follow-up, arrange logistics and collect related documents
Engagement Activities
· Support in initiate and run engagement activities, arrange logistic & support in communication
Others
· Assist in preparing report, HR projects, organization development activities
· Ensure to perform daily HR practices follow internal and legal rules
