Kinh nghiệm:
1. Develop, implement, and update Human Resources & General Affairs procedures to support Company in achieving strategic objectives.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment activities.
3. Manage and develop employee performance & KPIs, including coaching, defining KPIs target, KPIs result and performance evaluation.
4. Analyze compensation and benefit trends, propose competitive salary structures, and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
5. Collaborate with department managers to identify the Company needs and improvement actions.
6. Implement succession planning to ensure continuity of leadership.
7. Organize employee engagement activities and events.
8. Manage the implementation of other Human Resources & General Affairs tasks.
Age: From 33 to 45 years old
Education: Bachelor' degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
· At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs field and 3 years in manager position of Human Resources & General Affairs department.
· Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Soft skills:
· Good management skills such as leadership skills, people management skills, coaching skills, change management skills, planning skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills, etc.
· Good English communication skills.
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
