Be responsible for all benefit package for employees including Compulsory Social Insurance/Health Insurance/ Unemployment Insurance (monthly headcount report, manage status of SI book, HI card for new hires/resigned staffs, follow payment process to Social Insurance Department, excuse claim process for benefits on SI/HI/UI such as maternity leave, sick leave, retirement, …)
Manage others insurance program for local staffs and Expat according to policy of company such as: medical insurance, travel insurance, term life and evacuation SOS insurance program.
Take care for EXPAT service: visa, work permit, temporary residence card for their family members; other foundations set up for their life in Vietnam such as housing, school for children and immigration service for staffs and guests.
Experience and consulting on HR operation activities such as personnel administration process, disciplinary process, labour contract management, update the labour law.
Do annual/quarterly manpower reports for Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Comply the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulation and Hard, hazardous Jobs at workplace
Responds office management activities of Head Office (control general admin payment in office, manage reception and cleaners’ jobs, …)
