Job requirement

  • Be responsible for all benefit package for employees including Compulsory Social Insurance/Health Insurance/ Unemployment Insurance (monthly headcount report, manage status of SI book, HI card for new hires/resigned staffs, follow payment process to Social Insurance Department, excuse claim process for benefits on SI/HI/UI such as maternity leave, sick leave, retirement, …)
  • Manage others insurance program for local staffs and Expat according to policy of company such as: medical insurance, travel insurance, term life and evacuation SOS insurance program.
  • Take care for EXPAT service: visa, work permit, temporary residence card for their family members; other foundations set up for their life in Vietnam such as housing, school for children and immigration service for staffs and guests.
  • Experience and consulting on HR operation activities such as personnel administration process, disciplinary process, labour contract management, update the labour law.
  • Do annual/quarterly manpower reports for Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
  • Comply the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulation and Hard, hazardous Jobs at workplace
  • Responds office management activities of Head Office (control general admin payment in office, manage reception and cleaners’ jobs, …)
