Job Summary

The HR and Operation Executive will play a vital role in supporting both human resources and office operations. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, administrative coordination, and operational support which contributing to a positive, professional, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR – Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with departmental heads to define hiring needs and prepare job descriptions
  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms and recruitment methods
  • Screen resumes, shortlist qualified applicants, and coordinate interviews
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from offer issuance to onboarding
  • Organize and conduct employee orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

2. HR – Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Promote employee engagement through open communication and internal initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture

3. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to senior management and team members
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless office operations
  • Manage and track budgets for internal events and activities for the Vietnam office

4. Employment Branding

  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to plan and implement employer branding strategies
  • Assist in creating content for Business Edge Vietnam and the overall Business Edge brand across social media platforms
  • Support initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in alignment with company values and culture

5. Payroll & Compensation and Benefits (C&B)

  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance and leave records
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, incentives, and welfare programs
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and payroll regulations

Note: Experience in payroll and C&B will be considered a strong advantage

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR or operations role
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment best practices, and Vietnam labor regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
