Job Description:
The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department in the following areas:
1. Event and Company Activity Support:
- Participate in brainstorming and detailed planning for internal company events and activities (e.g., monthly birthday celebrations, holidays like International Women's Day (March 8th), farewell parties, year-end parties, etc.).
- Assist in preparing necessary materials, equipment, and gifts for events.
- Support the setup and breakdown of event venues.
- Directly participate in coordinating and providing support during events.
- Support other employee engagement activities as required by the department.
2. Payroll Tracking Support:
- Assist in collecting and verifying employee attendance data on a daily/monthly basis.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and complaints related to payroll under guidance.
- Support the preparation of payroll-related reports as requested.
- Participate in administrative tasks related to payroll documentation.
- Ensure the confidentiality of payroll information.
3. Assist in hiring process: data input, CV screening, Interview arrangement.
4. Other tasks assigned by manager
