1. Legal &compliance role:
- Regularly reports about SBV's policies, regulations & activities;
- Updating the SBV legal documents currently discussing between SBV and BWG for issuing, revising;
- Monitoring BWG, VNBA activities and meetings;
2. SBV and other government agencies relationship.
3. Report, banking sector review
4. Assisting and Supporting the activity of Chief Compliance Officer to monitor risk factors in Bank (Monthly Theme monitoring)
5. Managing Internal Control Committee
6. Communicate with new headcount of Northern CMP staff
7. Other duties assigned by ERTDirector, DGD (Head of NHO) and CCO
