1. Digital Marketing Planning
- Analyze customer behavior on digital channels to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Synthesize customer insights from data to propose marketing directions, convert data into feasible recommendations.
- Analyze market information, analyze competitors and determine customer needs for banking products and services.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to build overall marketing strategies and detailed marketing plans for banking products and services.
- Continuously update information on insights, learn about user needs to improve the quality of Marketing.
2. Measure and optimize Digital Marketing performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose necessary adjustments.
- Make recommendations to improve and optimize campaigns based on analytical data.
- Build reports on the effectiveness of communication campaigns on channels.
3. Advise and support internal Marketing teams
- Work closely with product, brand and communication Marketing departments to ensure consistent and effective campaigns.
- Advise on how to apply Martech to campaigns to improve performance and automate processes.
- Propose programs and campaigns to promote and increase the number of users and transactions on Digital Banking.
4. Manage Marketing technology
- Propose the implementation of new tools to support Marketing campaigns.
- Proactively update new Digital Marketing trends and tools to optimize the Bank's Digital Marketing activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the Director.
