1. Sales Performance Analysis
- Consolidate the contents of standard reports including:
o Routine Sales report: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually
o EOE
o Distributors performance
o Geographical Base Performance
o MVO Distribution analysis
o Stock & Inventory Performance
- Consolidate the contents of advanced reports including:
- Coverage
- Pricing
- Channel/Outlets Performance
- Cross-system reports i.e. DIS~RSEM…
- Consolidate the contents of non-standard ad-hoc reports as request.
- Follow up with stakeholders to clarify on outlier/pattern data to deep dive on issues.
2. Budget Monitoring & Analysis
- Synthesize and Analyze budget information from all commercial sources.
- Collaborate with information source owner to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Perform monthly budget synthesis and analysis with the aim of driving insight/interpretation of outlier/pattern.
- Follow and support budget account holders.
- Perform on-request budget analysis.
3. Other business analysis and decision support
- Perform margin/Profit analysis
- Perform/support 360* Competitor analysis compilation
- Support Decision Modeling Activities (Business Cases/ Scenario modelling etc.)
- Support building business opportunities (support on new product development, preparation of deal structuring etc.)
- Work with agencies on primary qualitative and quantitative research project in support and monitor roles.
- Support other commercial deep dive tasks.
