AIM OF THE JOB

Be responsible for Health, Safety, Security and Parking management of the Estella Place Mall.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Be responsible for all daily security and parking operations of the Mall, including the safety of the playground areas (indoor playground and climbing area) during pre-ops and post-ops period.
  • Prepare the security and parking service tender documents for the pre/post opening period.
  • Prepare the SOPs for health, safety and security for the Mall operation.
  • Identify security threats, develop action plan, implement and supervise the regular preventive schedule to align with other departments related to health, safety and security of the mall.
  • Supervise the performance of all Security and Parking staff to ensure high quality customer service is delivered.
  • Update and conduct training on Health, Safety & Security for all Security & Parking staff as and when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check/ inspection of the Mall and ensure that all Security and Parking staff are knowledgeable of the basics of Security & Parking
  • Manage the CCTV
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationship with local police, fire fighting police to support the regular fire drill and security matters at the Mall
  • Perform daily patrolling around the Mall to ensure Safety and Security of customer
  • Prepare written reports to the Property Manager in regards to health, safety and security matters on weekly and monthly basis
