[Headquarter] Internal Control Deputy Manager

• Control gross profit (GP): 50%
  Conduct control activities to ensure gross profit of all stores reach yearly budget :
  - Build up and deploy control tool/ control standard/control rules to MD & OP
  - Cooperate with MD and OP to settlement issue relating to GP control.
  - Investigate not good performance or abnormal transaction or high loss ratio of counter to find out root cause and coordinate for improvement action.
  - Perform leader role for improvement project regarding to GP.
• Strengthen internal control system in term of Store Operation and merchandising: 30%
  - Supervise operation activities and suggest to build up regulation to make sure company activities are well governed, smoothly operated and preventing risk occur.
  - Conduct training course related to inventory management, analysis skill and system understanding to OP and MD to reduce mistake in system, secure for business data and improve the effectiveness of operation.
  - Define and build up necessary analysis report in BI system which help Operation and MD management in managing or decision making
• Team development: 10%
  - Conduct effective training to ensure independently working of each staff by improving analysis, presentation and communication skill
  - assure smoothly interaction between staffs and other departments
• Other duties: 10%
  - Any other matters ordered from the Manager and/or company from time to time.

• University degree of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Minimum 02 year experience in Accounting/Auditing field
• Good at communication skill
• Good at English
