Head of Technology Solution & Quality Assurance

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee solution architecture design for applications domain.
• Ensure adoption of modern architectural principles (microservices, API-first, cloud-native, event-driven, etc.).
• Govern technology standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where they create business value.
• Establish standards, tools, and templates for business analysis practices.
• Oversee the gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements and user stories.
• Ensure requirements are translated into effective solution designs in collaboration with architecture, product, and technology teams.
• Manage scope, prioritization, and traceability of requirements across projects and programs.
• Develop and enforce QA strategy, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
• Oversee testing lifecycle management (functional, performance, security, automation, UAT).
• Drive test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO, PCI DSS, local financial regulations).
• Implement metrics and KPIs to continuously monitor and improve product quality.
• Establish architecture governance forums and processes for design reviews and approvals.
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and meet performance SLAs.
• Manage risks related to architectural decisions, technical debt, and quality issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop enterprise architects, solution architects, and QA professionals.
• Collaborate with business leaders, CIO, and heads to align technology with organizational goals.
• Build strong relationships with Bussinesses, technology vendors, partners, and regulators.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles across architecture, Business Analysis and QA.
• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and modern architectures (cloud-native, microservices, API-led, event-driven).
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks (BABOK, Agile BA, Lean, Design Thinking).
• Strong experience in QA methodologies, automation frameworks, performance/security testing.
• Deep knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial/enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and requirements management platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
