Reports to: CEO & Founder

Location: Vietnam

Industry: Audio Distribution – Multi-channel (Online, Offline, Retail, and Project Sales)

1. Role Purpose

The Head of Sales will lead the company’s commercial strategy and execution across Vietnam, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand presence in both online and offline channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and execution capabilities.

2. Key Responsibilities:

A. Business Strategy & Revenue Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 1–3-year business strategy aligned with the company’s direction.

  • Define target customer segments, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and key product focus areas.

  • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Manager to set and align sales targets, market strategies, and execution plans for each region.

  • Build annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and budgets by channel (e-commerce, retail chains, dealers, and project sales).

  • Monitor business performance, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to execute sales campaigns and product launches effectively.

B. Business Development & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities within the audio and consumer technology sectors.

  • Lead initiatives to expand into new customer segments, business models (B2B, B2C, D2C), and partnership ecosystems.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including retailers, e-commerce platforms, system integrators, and audio project contractors.

  • Propose innovative business approaches and partnership models to enhance market share.

C. Channel Expansion & Partner Management

  • Develop and strengthen the nationwide dealer and distribution network.

  • Implement channel development programs, evaluate partner performance, and ensure channel profitability.

  • Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and sales commitments with key partners.

  • Optimize multi-channel distribution coverage across retail, project, and online segments.

D. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop a high-performing national sales team

  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance evaluation frameworks.

  • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.

  • Coach the team in negotiation, customer management, forecasting, and reporting skills.

  • Create and execute incentive programs to drive sales productivity and employee engagement.

E. Sales Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Establish and manage a comprehensive sales reporting system (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  • Analyze sales data, channel efficiency, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Continuously optimize sales costs, marketing spend, and ROI.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director role.

  • Travelling is a prerequisite (minimum 30% travelling required).

  • Good relationship with Audio/Electronics Dealers and Channels (retailer-wholesalers).

  • Good at English

Basic Qualifications:

  • Decision Making/Team Management and Work Planning Skills

  • Strategic, Logical; and Creative Thinking based on sales mindset

  • Good analyzing and judgement skills

  • High convincing skill and negotiating skill in different situation

  • Well communication, good structured presentation

  • Talent and aptitude to analyze and solve problems independently.

Referred and Plus:

  • Global CE & Lifestyle product company experience.

Education and Language:

  • A recognized Degree in any discipline.

  • Fluently Excel/Word/Power Point
