A. Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
● Analyze and evaluate market trends and the environment of competition to develop appealing and competitive pricing and product packages.
● Identify emerging market leaders and high-potential clients.
● Design and implement sales growth plans and strategies, such as targeting key industries, regional expansion, new distribution channels, etc.
● Increase revenue by using cross-selling and upselling tactics.
2. Team Building and Leadership
● Lead, provide strategic direction, and support to help sales teams to surpass performance targets
● Work with recruiters to rapidly establish high-performing teams that are compatible with the company's culture
● Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver effective sales training programs
3. Performance Management
● Ensure that all sales teams meet and exceed high performance standards
● Provide targeted coaching and implement Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers.
4. Key Account Management
● Lead the sales team in acquiring and managing large-scale enterprise clients.
● Maintain strong and close relationship with key clients.
5. Brand and Marketing Alignment
● Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all sales channels.

C. Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in related fields.
• Preferably with 8 years of B2B sales experience in IT Solutions, SaaS, or IoT.
• Background and industry relationships in Transport Management Systems, Supply Chain, or Logistics would be advantageous
• Strong skills in leadership and managing from small to medium-sized teams.
• Proven track records in building and overseeing sales pipelines; experienced in pitching product solutions to clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, flexible, constructive and consultative sales attitude.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Primarily office-based role, with occasional off-site meetings with customers
