Head of Payment, Vietnam

Get To Know The Role: 

• To lead and operate a business vertical in a highly dynamic and competitive environment

• Must be equally adept at both strategy and operations

• Accountable for the country’s targets, budgets and P&L

• Identify customer segments and develop plans to acquire, engage and retain target segments 

• Develop win-win partnerships

• Build and maintain government relationships

• Build, lead and coach multiple teams, includes Sales, Business Development, Loyalty & Retention and Operations

• Build a culture that strongly aligns with Grab’s Vision, Mission and Principles 

• Passionate about Grab’s social mission and making a positive impact in the community

The Must Haves: 

• Strong work ethic and the willingness to be hands on 

• In-depth understand of local competitive landscape and regulatory environment 

• Adaptable in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment

• Strong motivator and collaborator

• Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners including government agencies and regulators

• Excellent leadership, management, data-driven problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

• Minimum 10 years work experience, with at least 5 years in Financial Services, Management Consulting , Start-Ups, Investment Banking or other similar fast-paced industries

• MBA degree preferred
