Your partnered business – Marketplace, is one of the most important part of TIKI business which drives significant share of our half of 1B annualized sales and grows at an incredible speed. We are serving tens of thousands of brands/merchants with millions SKUs across all categories from hardline to softline. On top of that, the business has strong inter-relation to supply chain department with multiple complex operation models as well as to marketing department with diverse advertising offerings to brands/merchants. In addition, we want to maintain our rocket ship growth of 3x business annually, so it’s even more challenging for you.

The role of a finance leader driving such business with analytics, discipline, and speed is extremely important, thus our demand of excellence is incredibly high.

(This position will report to Finance Director)

• Partner and advise Chief Business Officer and Head of Marketplace in driving business growth and optimization (Plan, Analyze, Recommend, Evaluate)
• Develop and maintain right metrics to provide visibility into business performance as a true business owner, and relentless drive actionable plan
• Drive business performance by running weekly business review (WBR) and quarterly business review (QBR)
• Drive mid-and-long term plan to ensure solid plan for execution
• Establish scalable and automated solutions
• Continuously improve processes to achieve even higher degree of efficiency
• Join cross-function project team to launch new initiatives
• Lead and develop a strong FP&A team
• Step out of comfort zone by joining strategic projects outside your expertise
