Head of Ethnic Channel (Ethnic 채널 영업팀장)

Job Summary

CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head of Ethnic Channel to join our team.

업무 범위/ Key Responsibilities

• 한국계 및 아시아계 유통업체 대상 영업 전략 수립 및 실행

• 사업계획·판매계획·비용계획 수립 및 실행 전략 관리

• 채널 판매용 수입제품 및 신제품 선정·런칭·판매 전략 수립

• B2B(식자재·레스토랑·도매상) 및 B2C(마트·리테일) 채널 영업 관리

• 주요 고객사(Key Account)와의 파트너십 확대 및 매출 극대화

• 신규 거래처 개발 및 기존 거래처와의 관계 강화

• 영업팀 운영, 성과 관리 및 KPI 달성 리드

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Korean and Asian distributors

• Establish and manage business, sales, and cost plans with execution strategies

• Select, launch, and manage imported and new products for channel sales

• Manage both B2B (foodservice, restaurants, wholesalers) and B2C (retail, supermarkets) channels

• Expand partnerships with key accounts to maximize sales performance

• Acquire new clients and strengthen existing customer relationships

• Lead sales team operations, performance management, and KPI achievement

JOB REQUIREMENT 자격 요건

• 국적: 한국인 (필수)

• 언어: 베트남어 가능자 우대, 영어 가능자

• 경력: 3년 이상 영업 경력 (식음료/식자재 영업 경험 우대)

• B2B 및 B2C 고객을 동시에 관리한 경험 우대

• 베트남 현지 영업 환경 및 유통 구조에 대한 이해 보유

• 리더십과 팀 매니지먼트 경험

• 베트남 내 유통 및 FMCG 기업 근무 경험

• 한국계 유통업체 및 아시아계 유통업체 근무, 영업 경험

• Nationality: Korean (mandatory)

• Language: Vietnamese proficiency preferred, English required

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (F&B or foodservice sales experience preferred)

• Experience managing both B2B and B2C clients preferred

• Strong understanding of Vietnam’s sales environment and distribution structure

• Leadership and team management experience

• Work experience in distribution or FMCG companies in Vietnam

• Sales or work experience with Korean and Asian distributors
