Responsibilities:
Lead marketing activities and training courses, including but not limited to planning, communication, promotion, presentations and budgeting
Manage correspondences and updates to customers, and make regular customer visits to understand their requirements and feedback on the products
Drive good and effective communication for strategic and tactical issues faced by customers and/or partners and foster long-term business relationships
Provide support to tender process in terms of brochure, product information specification and any other documentation
Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to work with
Identify, quantify and develop business opportunities for the Company
Support management team managing the local sales team
Work closely with sales and operations team to effectively manage the customer service cycle
Keep an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, key competitors, technical developments and government regulations affecting local market and provide valuable insights to Management
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, training manuals and other related resources
Submission of monthly reports to Manager
Handle translations for product marketing materials and communication between overseas parties and local team
Other duties as assigned by manager
