- Develop expertise in the company’s products and provide engaging training sessions for partners and clients (online and offline).
- Research market trends and propose export strategies for assigned regions, optimized Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to improve sell-in and sell-out performance across international markets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, Ekim, trade fairs, chambers of commerce, and cold outreach activities.
- Negotiate distribution and sales agreements, and manage the end-to-end export process for Star Kombucha, Chill Cocktail, and other beverage lines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with export authorities, trade promotion agencies, and embassies/consulates.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive new international sales.
- Attend international trade fairs and business networking events.
- Expand exports in key markets including China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.
- Collect and analyze market, customer, and competitor data to build a reliable internal CRM.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Report regularly to the International Sales Manager on market insights, new leads, and sales progress.
