Manage key accounts to deliver customer services & build good relationship with customer to explore new opportunities.
Acquire new key accounts in assigned areas
KEY DUTIES
1. Account Development
Acquire new local KA (Off channel- Supermarket, CVS)
Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to execute in outlet activities
Manage distribution & availability
Update information of customers
2. Order generation
Achieved Sales target
Monitor volume growth
Resolve customer complaints
3. Instore execution & Asset Management
Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS
Manage & align on contract & activation plan
Manage & align company's assets compliance in the outlet execution plan
4. People development
Recruit & select sales staff
Train & coach staff
Maintain staff discipline
