As an Automotive Field Engineer (Aftersales), you will take on a versatile role that bridges technical product training, market development, and collaboration with the sales team. You will be in charge of designing and delivering effective training programs, providing technical support to sales efforts, and contributing to product strategies that reflect current market trends in the automotive aftersales sector. Your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of products used in the maintenance, repair, and care of passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Product Training
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and guidance across the organization.
Market Product Development
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis within the automotive after-sales sector.
- Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Define product concepts, specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to bring new products to market.

Sales Enablement & Customer Growth
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by:
