Job Description Overview:
As a key member of our Sales team, the Sales Executive reports to the General Manager. This role focuses on driving the sales of medical devices by delivering expert guidance to healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, collaboration with the sales team, and cultivating relationships with key accounts. The objective is to contribute to sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about industry trends. This position is instrumental in advancing our mission to provide innovative medical solutions and fostering lasting connections within the healthcare sector.
Location: Ha Noi
Tasks:
· Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: This includes identifying target markets, conducting market research, and creating sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
· Build and Maintain Client Relationships: A sales executive is responsible for fostering strong relationships with key clients, providing support, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
· Generate New Business: Senior sales executive is responsible for prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
· Analyse Sales Data and Reporting: This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing sales trends, and preparing reports for management.
· Market report: Sales executive needs to stay informed about industry trends, competing activities, and new product or service offerings.
· Represent the Company: represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering)
· A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in hospital channel in a pharmaceutical or/and medical devices company, with a strong track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
· Communication and Negotiation Skills: Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial for building relationships and closing deals.
· Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse data, identify problems, and develop solutions.
· Industry Knowledge: understanding of the healthcare channel and its competitive landscape. Strategic
· Thinking and Planning: The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· English communication is must
