Mô tả công việc

  • Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly sales reports. Provide cause of change analysis and business-driven comments by comparing versus budget/last year/last period;
  • Provide target of sales and other KPI by store in a proper method;
  • Develop the right sets of data, compile it in a flexible and user-friendly way and to perform analysis;
  • Participate in new stores selection process by simulating FS model and enhancing approval flow in system;
  • Work closely with BI team in building dashboard to reduce manual reports; ensure data sufficient and available when needed;
  • Secure that analytical tools are available for producing reports and analysis;
  • Co-ordinate the performance and financial updates sent out to the team;
  • Secure that correct data analysis is available when needed;
  • Support line manager in following up with other teams/departments to ensure the implementation of action plan in terms of retail operation basis.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, PowerBI.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail; candidates with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry are preferred.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in reporting and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
