- LOCATION: Ha Noi/ Hung Yen, with frequent travel to domestic and international factories
- REPORTS TO: Group CEO
- DIRECT REPORTS: General Directors of Plants, Deputy General Directors of Manufacturing, and other key functional Directors such as Production, Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, and Planning & Supply.
- JOB OBJECTIVE: Oversee and optimize the operations of the Group’s existing manufacturing facilities while leading the expansion of production capabilities, including planning and launching new smart factories with advanced technologies, automation, and digital transformation.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Factory Operations & Optimization
- Supervise operations across all existing plants to ensure efficiency in quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timelines.
Implement and continuously improve modern manufacturing systems such as LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Oversee maintenance activities, occupational safety, and regulatory compliance at all facilities.
- Analyze and optimize equipment performance, material flow, and energy utilization.
B. Expansion of Manufacturing Network
- Lead investment and execution of new plant construction projects within Vietnam and across the region, from planning to commissioning.
- Design and implement factories aligned with smart manufacturing principles, including automation, AI, and digital systems.
- Collaborate with technology providers, equipment vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.
C. System Governance & Team Development
- Establish and standardize a comprehensive manufacturing management system across the Group.
- Build and develop future plant leadership and promote a lean, high-performance operations culture.
- Work closely with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain departments to ensure alignment with product development and business expansion plans.
D. Strategic Reporting & Advisory
- Analyze production data and generate regular reports to advise the CEO/Chairman on manufacturing strategies and policies.
- Propose investments in machinery, technology, and systems to improve competitiveness and efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in senior executive roles (Deputy CEO of Manufacturing, Group Manufacturing Director, or Multi-plant Director).
- Proven track record in building and operating large-scale factories, especially with smart factory and automation integration.
- Deep knowledge of ISO, LEAN, TPM, and digital transformation tools (MES, ERP, IoT, etc.).
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English; international experience or working in export-oriented manufacturing is a strong advantage.
