Mô tả công việc

  • Prepare independent Financial Statements and consolidate other financial reports.
  • Receive and reconcile information in the accounting system related to insurance transactions (direct insurance, ceded insurance, and reinsurance).
  • Review and monitor all insurance revenue transactions.
  • Issue VAT invoices and accounting documents for direct insurance revenue for management approval.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding insurance premiums and co-insurance receivables/refunds.
  • Control payment documents related to insurance refund payables and co-insurance receivables/payables.
  • Reconcile insurance revenue and receivables with business units on a monthly basis.
  • Report to management on proposed solutions for overdue insurance receivables.
  • Perform annual reconciliation of receivables/payables with business units and clients.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports on insurance revenue and receivables.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Law, or other related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, revenue, and receivables reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel and insurance/accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and data consolidation skills.
  • Good communication and advisory skills when working with senior management.
