Mô tả công việc

  • Handle VAT declarations and related reports.

  • Manage cash flow (main in charge) and banking transactions (PIC).

  • Prepare internal and financial reports (month-end, quarter, year-end) and oversee the accounting system. Support month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Record all transactions related to Retail & Ecommerce business.

  • Check and control AR, AP, and GL before recording.

  • Monitor and allocate accrued expenses from departments.

  • Support and collaborate on tax audits, returns, and audited reports (with KPMG).

  • Prepare analysis reports (revenue, expenses, bonuses) and control import–export and inventory.

  • Manage fixed assets, tools, depreciation, and amortization.

  • Strong expertise in cost accounting and taxes with relevant experience.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or other analytical disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax accounting, general accounting, or a similar position at a retail company.

  • Understanding of accounting procedures and standards.

  • Excellent in computer skills, especially MS Excel.

  • Honest, positive, careful, patient and willing to learn.

  • Ability to adapt to constant change, multi-task, flexible and have ability to re-prioritize deliverables and resources.
