Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for reporting and accounting activities; ensure that transactions reflect fully, accurately, and on time reports.
  • Fully and accurately record Journal transactions. Review the profession of detail records.
  • Complete tax reports, financial statements fully, accurately and on time. Day 3 for monthly report, day 5 for Quarterly report and day 10 for annual report.
  • Manage receivables and payables. Debt collection on time. Provide records and explanations for audits and tax authorities.
  • Payment records management; Check accounting operations ; Review and control economic contracts.
  • Manage tools, office equipment. Asset tracking and inventory. Manage case codes, department codes, budget codes, product and service codes.
  • Perform other duties as requested by superios.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in economics in accounting or finance.
  • An understanding of how an organization works to meet its goals
  • Certificate: Microsoft office, Communicative English
  • 5 -7 years of experience in a similar position
  • Communication skills: Organize, communicate and interact with people in the company on a daily basis
  • Organizational skills: Must handle a workload related to data and operations simultaneously
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with colleagues
  • Experience in the technology field is an advantage.
