FuniFun! is a digital entertainment brand with a model that combines an electronic game center and an indoor amusement park, covering a total area of up to 4,000m². With a fun, creative space suitable for all ages, FuniFun! continues to expand in Indonesia and international markets. In 2025, FuniFun! will make its debut in Vietnam. We are looking for passionate candidates to join us in bringing exciting and modern entertainment experiences to our customers every day.
Responsible for guiding and supervising the team to strictly comply with all safety regulations at the amusement park, including regular equipment inspections, monitoring safe operation procedures, and implementing emergency response plans. Work closely with the company to continuously improve safety management processes based on on-site realities.
Organize regular training sessions to share safety knowledge and skills with all employees, raising awareness of risk prevention at work.
Proactively identify potential hazards, implement effective preventive measures, and respond promptly to incidents to ensure the safety of both customers and staff.
Manage all daily operations of the amusement park, including opening/closing game machines, customer service, cleaning, and facility maintenance.
Develop and implement activities within the park to attract customers, enhance satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.
Allocate resources effectively, such as manpower and materials, to ensure smooth operations.
Manage shift operations of the amusement park, as well as review and approve shift schedules and staff attendance records.
Understand customer needs and integrate both hardware (facilities, equipment) and software (service attitude, professional skills, service processes) to lead the team in delivering high-quality service experiences, including game instructions, inquiries, and on-site complaint handling.
Establish a service quality monitoring system and regularly assess and improve service procedures.
Lead the team in handling customer complaints and unexpected accident cases on-site.
Based on the company’s business objectives and budget, conduct target analysis, implement detailed plans and measures, and closely monitor budget execution.
Analyze cost structure, implement effective cost-control measures, and perform regular profit analysis to evaluate the amusement park’s business performance.
Oversee cashier and cash management policies, promptly detecting any management gaps to ensure financial security.
Build a capable staff team aligned with operational needs and organize regular training to enhance work skills.
Implement a fair performance evaluation system and apply reward policies to boost employee morale and creativity.
Support employees’ career development, foster a positive work environment, and strengthen team spirit.
Proficient in English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
At least 3 years of experience working in an electronic game center or children’s play area.
At least 1 year of experience in a Store Manager or Area Manager position.
Honest, responsible, customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
