Mô tả công việc

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain all essential building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
  • Ensure all technical systems are running optimally with minimal downtime and within safety and compliance standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for technical equipment and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly; coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary.
  • Support the planning and execution of renovation, construction, and relocation projects within the office.
  • Monitor energy and utility usage to identify opportunities for sustainability and cost reduction.
  • Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and system manuals.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulatory agencies for inspections, certifications, and permits (e.g. fire safety, electrical safety).
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, following company procedures and government regulations.
  • Assist in facility emergency response planning and implementation.
  • Coordinate with the Facility Admin team for repairs, procurement, and related documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, technical operations, or building maintenance (preferably in an office or commercial setting).
  • Solid knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), fire protection systems, and building automation.
  • Experience in managing contractors, service providers, and external inspections.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AutoCAD or engineering drawing interpretation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
