export sales operations Specialist

Summary: Sales Operation Specialist is essential role for managing and ensuring the contract/ order, logistics and documentation necessary for the shipping of goods smoothly with excellent service to customers, to ensure our organization reaches the sales goals each year.

1/ Sales operation:

• Handle singed contract, purchase order from Business Development Department.
• Monitor shipment progress, logistics, tracking and reporting any delays or changes to the customer, ensure timely delivery and service.
• Communicate with other divisions/ departments: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Logistics, etc… to ensure smooth export operations.
• Maintain accurate records of forecast, shipments, inventory, and transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

2/ Internal Operation:

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in sales operations.
• Generate reports on export activity as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain an organized filing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1.Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Business, International Trade or related field. 

2.Experience:

• Experience in export field, preferably food and beverage sectors.
• Experience in a Sales Operations or similar role.

3. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• 2+ years of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of the sales process.
• Good communication skills, convey information clearly and precisely.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
• Problem solving skills.
• Organization and system skills, but enough flexibility to ensure excellent customer service.
• Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
